1. SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive an email notification from us after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please message us at +91 9930 266 766 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Purchases made from the online store www.kilrr.com cannot be returned after delivery is completed. We offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over email or phone . In case of any prepaid orders not getting delivered for any reason, our support team will decide to either re-dispatch your order or process a refund.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the order. Any queries or concerns beyond 30 days from the order confirmation date will not be entertained.
